President El-Sisi Follows Up on the Status of the City of Arts in New Alamein City

After performing the Eid prayers, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi followed up on the implementation status of the City of Arts in New Alamein City. His Excellency listened to a detailed explanation from the Minister of Housing concerning the implementation rates and workflow there.

The City of Arts is a cultural, recreational space for New Alamein City and the North Coast that is established on an area of 260 feddans.

It includes a wide range of artistic and cultural activities, movie theaters, restaurants, a well-equipped amphitheater for concerts and musical performances, and an opera. There are also training halls, a fairground, a central library and houses of worship.

In addition to these facilities, there is a building in which programs are held for the development of Bedouin skills in the area to preserve the heritage and character of Alamein City.
