President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, was ahead of the military funeral of Lieutenant General Ibrahim Abdel Ghafour El-Orabi, former Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces. The funeral was held today in the military ceremonial area at El-Mosheer Tantawy Mosque in Fifth Settlement. General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohamed Farid, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces and Armed Forces commanders of main branches, senior officials and former commanders were present.
President El-Sisi conveyed his condolences to the El-Orabi’s family who is considered one of the prominent figures in the history of the Egyptian Armed Forces throughout his career that was full of hard work, giving and sacrifices for the sake of the nation and its Armed Forces.
