President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Head of the Armed Forces Financial Affairs Authority Major General Ahmed Al-Shazly.
The Spokesman for the Egyptian Presidency stated that the meeting touched on the financial flows provided to civil companies responsible for implementing national projects across the Republic and developing the Egyptian villages and rural areas within the framework of "Decent Life" program.
The President issued directives for providing the necessary financial resources for civil companies to continue implementing various national development projects nationwide, in a way that contributes to expediting their completion within the designated time frame and in accordance with the highest standards and specifications, which would enhance the economic and investment value-added returns these projects would yield to the national economy.
During the meeting, the current status of the National project for the development of Egyptian villages, within the framework of “Decent Life" program, was discussed. In this respect, President El-Sisi emphasized the importance of assuring financial flows for this project and intensifying work in a harmonious manner between all concerned state sectors. This can be done by focusing on all aspects of development: construction, service and living, thus reducing poverty rates, developing infrastructure and providing basic services to citizens.
