President El-Sisi Congratulates HH Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the New Amir of Kuwait

The President sent a congratulatory telegram to His Highness Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah for taking the reins of power as Amir of the State of Kuwait.

According to the Spokesman for the Egyptian Presidency, the President, on behalf of himself and the people and government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, wishes His Highness Crown Prince Nawaf Al-Sabah the best of success in continuing the efforts of construction and development achieved by the late Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

The President also confirmed the strong and long-standing fraternal ties binding the two countries, stressing that he is looking forward to more bilateral cooperation for the benefit of the two peoples and in order to serve the causes of the Arab and Islamic nations. The President wishes the State of Kuwait and its people ultimate peace and progress and lasting prosperity.
