Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with members of the Supreme Council of Judicial Bodies and Authorities, in the presence of Minister of Justice, Counselor Adnan Fanjari.
Spokesman for the Presidency, Ambassador Mohamed El-Shennawy, said the President began the meeting by greeting Egypt's judges on the occasion of Egyptian Judiciary Day, which is celebrated on October 1st. President El-Sisi underscored his sincere appreciation for the role played by judicial bodies and authorities in establishing and protecting constitutional principles, upholding the rule of law, and safeguarding citizens' rights, which ensures justice and contributes to promoting stability and societal peace. The President emphasized the state's commitment to judicial independence and non-interference in its affairs as a fundamental principle, ensuring the swift administration of justice and the supremacy of law. This shall contribute to fostering societal peace, while protecting the system of rights and duties, thus strengthening national security and stability.
