Al-Ittihad Al-Sakandary has witnessed extensive development work and an increase in the area allocated to the club to 13.5 feddans instead of 5 feddans to be used as sports stadiums. The second Phase of implementing the new project is to be completed on El-Ghaba El-Tarfihiya (recreational garden) in front of the Alexandria Governorate Office.
