“Choose your companion before your path... I will embark upon a new journey with Egypt.”
These sincere and gracious words, expressed by His Excellency President Lee Jae Myung, President of the Republic of Korea, are words I deeply cherish and highly appreciate. Egypt, for its part, has found in the friendly Republic of Korea a reliable partner and a sincere friend, with whom it shares a history of mutual respect and constructive cooperation.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to His Excellency President Lee Jae Myung, and to the Government and people of the friendly Republic of Korea, for the warm welcome and generous hospitality extended to me during this visit, which marks the beginning of an exemplary new phase in the relations between the two friendly countries.
