Spokesman for the Presidency Ambassador Mohamed El-Shennawy stated that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued presidential decrees today providing for the following:
- The extension of the term of service of Admiral Osama Mounier Mohamed Rabie as Chairman and Managing Director of the Suez Canal Authority for one year, effective August 12, 2026.
* The appointment of Mr. Ahmed Khaled Hassan Hussein as Deputy Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority for one year, effective August 12, 2026
* The appointment of Mr. Moustafa Farouk Ismail Shaikhon as Chairman of the Suez Canal Economic Zone Authority, with the rank of Minister, for one year, effective August 12, 2026.
* The appointment of Mr. Mohamed Abdel Fattah Mohamed Abu Bakr as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Organization for Industrialization for one year, effective August 12, 2026.
