Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Minister of Education and Technical Education Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, and Director of the Egyptian Military Academy Lieutenant General Ashraf Salem Zaher.
The Spokesman for the Presidency, Ambassador Mohamed El-Shennawy, stated that the President was briefed on the ongoing efforts by relevant state institutions to enhance the mechanisms for selecting and training educational professionals. These efforts aim to ensure that candidates selected for teaching roles meet the highest scientific, technical, and personal standards. To achieve this, the state’s full resources will be utilized.
The meeting included a presentation of several qualification areas within the educational process, with a particular focus on strengthening and building the capacities and skills of teachers.
The President emphasized that the state accords priority to advancing the education system, especially the human element, through precise selection and qualification processes that ensure the highest levels of objectivity and competence. This, in turn, positively affects the quality of education. The President also stressed the importance of paying special attention to teachers, who act as the cornerstone of the educational process.
