President El-Sisi delivered a speech during his tour, and engaged in a dialogue with the Academy students about the most prominent regional developments and domestic issues.
The President expressed his pride in the seriousness and commitment he observed among the students' ranks, emphasizing that the goal of his frequent visits to the Academy is to check on the students' welfare and monitor the constantly developing educational programs aimed at polishing their capabilities. This contributes to preparing outstanding national cadres to serve state institutions.

The President noted that the youth of Egypt are the hope for building the future, stressing the need to continue caring for them across the entire nation, as this will boost the rates of progress and performance to unprecedented levels.

In the context of building the Egyptian citizen, the President remarked that the Armed Forces College of Medicine was established in response to the aspirations of Egypt's young men and women, due to the education, care, and protection it offers, which has prompted Egyptian families to seek to enroll their children there. The President also called upon societal platforms, including media, mosques, and churches, to play an influential role to create change.

Regarding domestic affairs, President El-Sisi praised the economic and security situation, noting that surrounding regional challenges have resulted in the loss of about $9 billion in Suez Canal revenues over the past two years. In this context, the President called for studying the experiences of countries that have faced difficult circumstances and overcame them through willpower, work, and patience, leading to the needed change in their lives.

President El-Sisi commended the level of awareness and understanding among the Egyptian people, which was evident in their reactions to current challenges. The President stressed that the region is going through a critical juncture that requires sound assessment and careful study of every step, as any miscalculation could lead to the unknown. The President also lauded the Egyptians’ awareness and resilience that have been enhanced since 2011, in spite of the conspiracies.

President El-Sisi touched on the developments in the Gaza Strip and affirmed Egypt’s sincere and strong keenness to stop the war, contribute to reconstruction, and facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid for Palestinians while preserving the lives of Egyptians.

The President also referred to the attacks on a number of Egyptian embassies, highlighting that part of it stems from the ignorance of some individuals and another part stems from malice. The President affirmed that Egypt does not conspire against anyone and that the Egyptian people are of peaceful nature but will not tolerate being harmed. The President added that nobody can harm Egypt.

President El-Sisi praised the successive international recognition of the Palestinian State and commended the efforts of US President Donald Trump to stop the war in Gaza and his diligent pursuit of that goal.

President El-Sisi urged the students to maintain their awareness, understanding, morale, and health, and faith in Allah the Almighty. The President saluted all Egyptians, saying: "We always have faith in Allah... confidence our just stance... and honesty and sincerity in our path."

The President concluded his tour by wishing the students success. The President also expressed his appreciation to their families, in recognition of their role in raising a generation capable of bearing the responsibility of the nation and moving towards a more secure and stable future.
