President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi made a tour of inspection of Ezbet El-Haggana, an unplanned and densely populated area that is located east Cairo on Cairo-Suez Road.
The Spokesman for the Egyptian Presidency stated that, during the tour of inspection, President El-Sisi was updated on the ongoing development works in that densely populated area. His Excellency gave directives for making further efforts to develop all slum areas across Egypt from all aspects and continuing the approach taken by the State in this regard. The President also called for redoubling the efforts required to change the reality of these areas in a way that improves the living standards of the residents and provides a decent life for the families there. Moreover, President El-Sisi stressed the importance of linking these areas with the new road network in the surrounding areas and providing them with various basic services.
