Phone Calls

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received a phone call from Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

Spokesman for the Presidency, Counselor Ahmed Fahmy, said the call tackled ways to strengthen the close relations between the two countries across various levels. The two sides confirmed commitment to foster closer joint cooperation at the bilateral level in an array of fields, particularly in the areas of investment, trade, energy and electricity interconnection. They also agreed to continue intensive political consultations on issues of mutual interest, notably developments in the East Mediterranean region.
