Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued a decree promoting Head of the Armed Forces Operations Authority Major General Ahmed Fathy Khalifa; Head of the Armed Forces Financial Affairs Authority Major General Ahmed El-Shazly; and Director of the Egyptian Military Academy Major General Ashraf Salem Zaher to the rank of lieutenant general.
