President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi Tours Galala City

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi inspected a number of the development projects in the area of El-Galala Plateau.

The Spokesman for the Egyptian Presidency said that the tour included Galala City in Ain Sokhna, El-Galala tourism resort, industrial zone, a phosphate fertilizer production complex and a marble factory. The President was briefed on the status of implementation of these projects.

The Spokesman added that the President met with a number of the engineers, contractors and employees of the national companies implementing these projects. These projects are designed and intended to establish an integrated development community that provides residential, commercial, educational and industrial services.

This complex also takes advantage of the clean environment and moderate temperature of the plateau to establish tourism and therapeutic projects. These projects provide more than 150,000 direct and indirect jobs in all fields, and they are implemented by more than 100 Egyptian companies and engineering consultancy offices under the supervision of the Egyptian Armed Forces Engineering Authority.

As stated by the Spokesman, the President highlighted the efforts exerted to achieve progress in these projects and to comply with the schedule set out, and underscored their positive impact on the course of achieving comprehensive development, through establishing new integrated urban communities that provide a decent quality of life and a better future for the Egyptian people.
