- The establishment of 202 projects, implemented at a cost of 10 billion pounds
- Subsidizing bread and basic commodities
- The establishment of a number of silos, mills and barns
- 34 projects are currently being implemented, at a cost of 13.20 billion pounds
- The establishment of a number of offices, outlets and consumer cooperatives
