Dar Misr Housing Project, 6th of October City

The Ministry of Housing is carrying out the medium housing project that aims to provide housing units at affordable prices, lower than those provided by the private sector, in the best locations in new cities with a total number of 400 thousand housing units. This is carried out within the framework of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities' efforts to provide adequate housing for citizens on middle incomes. Dar Misr project aims to provide fully finished apartments in three phases.
The project in 6th of October city contains 4,200 units (175 buildings).
