Construction of Breakwater in Alexandria Naval Base

The project is explained in the documentary film entitled "The Egyptian Navy Achievements", which is made by the Armed Forces Morale Affairs Department (from 49:39 to 49:52).

The naval forces undertook infrastructure development work and raised the efficiency of many installations and berths to encompass new combat units, where a 5 km long breakwater was created, which added an area of 862000 square meters to the base.
