The Industrial Zone of Marble and Granite in Jaffjafa

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi opened the industrial complex for marble and granite via video conference (19:10 to 20:29).

The industrial complex for marble and granite has been inaugurated in the Jaffjafa area in central Sinai on an area of 2 million square meters. This complex includes a hangar for manufacturing that extends over 30 thousand square meters and an integrated administrative system. The unexploited areas are used in agriculture that extends over 150 feddans.
The construction process was carried out in cooperation with the Italian company "Pedrini" and the "National Contracting Company". It includes a set of basic components that has three production lines for marble and a factory for technical operations with a capacity of 2.5 million square meters annually.
In addition to that, there is a storage and circulation area on an area of 250,000 square meters, an administrative area that includes administrative and technical offices and training halls. The project has provided more than 700 direct job opportunities for various specialties, most of which are for those from Sinai and Canal cities.
