Lake Timsah Tourist Walkway, Ismailia

Among the national projects in Ismailia, the Tourist Walkway project, the corniche of Lake Fishermen in Ismailia, the group of bridges on Ismailia Canal and traffic axes as well as roads that have been developed, were inaugurated and added to the portfolio of achievements and development and service projects in Ismailia.

The new traffic axes in Ismailia include the large bridge that connects the entrance to Ismailia from the side of Port Said road passing through Manshiyat El-Shohada area, Mohammed Ali Road axis, and Adly Mansour square, the transistor, extending over El-Baraka area and Al-Blajat road with a length of about 3 km, crossing Ismailia Canal and continuing along on the side of the Lake Fishermen parallel to the land of the transistor factory, extending over Al-Blajat road axis in Al-Waha (the oasis) area.

The length of the new Lake Fishermen corniche and the tourist walkway on the lake is about 2 km and 150 meters, and the width ranges between 95 and 120 meters. The corniche includes a bike lane, a number of restaurants, cafeterias, developed public restrooms, pergolas and benches, as well as the largest shopping mall in the region built on an area of more than seven thousand square meters.
