Residential Buildings in Kafr Saad

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi opened the social housing project in Kafr Saad, with 36 residential buildings and a total of 1008 units. It consists of four floors with a total of 576 commercial stores and 432 housing units. Streets between buildings have been paved.

The project is shown in a documentary film entitled "Promising Opportunities" made by the Armed Forces Department of Morale Affairs (26:23 to 26:32).
