The complex consists of 5 main sectors with a total of 9 factories and industrial facilities in addition to the residential city, a seawater desalination plant and a specialized marine dock for the export of liquid and solid fertilizers.

Phosphatic and Compound Fertilizers Complex in Ain Sokhna provided (1500) direct job opportunities, most of them are  for young graduates from various disciplines and for most of the governorates of the Republic. Thus the total employees of Al-Nasr Company for Intermediate Company at the main headquarters of the company in Abu Rawash and its two branches in Fayoum and Al Ain Al Sokhna is (4000) workers. This is in addition to providing about (20000) indirect job opportunities through the works of establishing the complex and supplying equipment and raw materials and the work of transport and distribution of products as the factory includes young graduates from (22) governorate from all over Egypt.

In the field of environmental safety and in accordance with the system of preserving the environmental safety at the main headquarters to prevent any harmful emissions from factories and to comply with environmental requirements according to international standards, the company has undertaken many additional environmental measures in favor of manufacturers. These measures are represented in supplying the tower of the Medical and Industrial Gases Factory with a silencer to reduce the noise rate, establishing a unit for separating and treating the solvents in the hydrogen peroxide plant, establishing an additional unit for treating the industrial wastes of the manufacturers and recycling the water used in industrial process and irrigating green spaces and devoting attention to increasing green spaces.
