Social Housing Project "El-Mahrousa 1" in El-Nahda, Cairo

• President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi inaugurated “Mahrousa 1” project (one of the slums development projects), which is located in El-Nahda city in Salam district, Cairo.

• The project is being implemented on an area of ​​33 feddans, on which 132 buildings will be built, with 3168 housing units.

• A playground complex on an area of ​​3,500 square meters, a preparatory and secondary school, trade fairs, green spaces and several rest areas were established.

• The project is located next to the military factory from the north, to El-Nahda from the east and south and to Bilbeis-Cairo Desert Road from the west.

• 5 contracting companies are working on the project: "El-Mohandes, Mecca, Al-Hamad, Fahmco and Ubaid".
