The great people of Egypt,
Within the framework of my follow-up to the outcomes of the Egypt Forum 2026, I have adopted the annual plan proposed by the Cabinet to follow up on the various sectors and issues that concern public opinion and affect the lives of citizens, in order to ensure the continuation of dialogue and communication. I have also directed the government to publish the directives issued regarding the recommendations of the Forum on its website with a specific time plan for implementation and clear key performance indicators, so that their implementation can be monitored by citizens and state institutions alike.
In light of the aspirations expressed by our youth, especially a request from a young person of determination, and successful role models presented by the “Future Makers” in the closing session, I have directed the following:
1- Expanding youth preparation programs at the National Training Academy, providing opportunities for children and youth through the “Youth of Egypt” platform, as well as organizing meetings with officials to listen to their ideas and aspirations.
2- Highlighting the outstanding brilliant, distinguished and genius youth, and publicizing their achievements in the streets, squares and public places. This is in addition to approving the “State of Innovation” program to foster scientific research and support gifted minds. In this vein, I congratulate Mayar Othman on winning the Arab Reading Challenge Award 2026 and I wish her continued progress and excellence.
3- Building a sustainable and integrated national system to provide services and digital communication using artificial intelligence for people with deafness and hearing impairment and provide vocational rehabilitation programs and appropriate job opportunities for them, as well as providing religious education services in sign language.
The citizen will remain the core of our attention, and the main purpose of holding this Forum periodically every year. Our goal is to transform the outcomes into practical steps and tangible results that the citizen can feel.
