In profound gratitude and appreciation for the nation's martyrs, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi attended today the marriage contract ceremony of Amira, the daughter of Egypt and the Armed Forces' martyr, Brigadier General Mohamed Saad Mostafa Ayyad, who was martyred while performing his national duty on November 28, 2014.
During the graduation ceremony of a new police academy batch in 2018, Amira shared a dream with the President-to have her father present at her wedding. The President responded: "If our presence is enough for you, we will attend your wedding."
Eight years ago, the President promised and today he delivered.
