Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued a presidential decree promoting Rear Admiral Mahmoud Adel Mahmoud Fawzy, Commander of the Naval Forces, and Major General Pilot Amr Abdel Rahman Abdel Rahman Saqr, Commander of the Air Force, to the rank of Lieutenant General.
