This evening, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi attended a working dinner hosted by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi to welcome the heads of state and government of BRICS member states and partner countries, on the sidelines of the 18th BRICS summit.
The Spokesman for the Presidency, Ambassador Mohamed El-Shennawy, said the dinner was attended by various heads of state, government leaders, and heads of delegations, as well as representatives of international and regional organizations. The event featured constructive discussions on ways to enhance partnerships and cooperation between BRICS states and partner countries—spanning political consultation and mechanisms for addressing current international crises, as well as economic and development cooperation, in light of the challenges facing the Global South and emerging and developing economies.
