President El-Sisi Attends the 34th Cultural Seminar of the Armed Forces

This morning, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi attended the 34th cultural seminar, titled “October ‘73 and Crossing into the Future”, at Al Manara International Conference Center in the Armed Forces’ 48th commemoration of the October War victory. The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Counselor Hanafi Gebali; Speaker of the Senate, Counselor Abdel Wahab Abdel Razek; Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly; Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, General Mohamed Zaki; amongst a number of ministers, statesmen and Armed Forces leaders were also present at the seminar.

President El-Sisi welcomed Lieutenant-General Abd Rab al-Nabi Hafez, one of the heroes of the October War, at the onset of the ceremony. 
 
The President also watched a documentary titled, “Makers of History”.
 
The President greeted the Egyptian people in honor of the October War’s memorial and its glorious victories. 

President El-Sisi also saluted and honored Major General Samir Farag, the commander of His Excellency’s battalion, detailing his appreciation and all that he has learned from him. 
 
The President affirmed that Egypt does not forget the credit owed to those who stood beside it.
 
President El-Sisi explained that the inspiring spirit of the October War lives on, continues to provide lessons, and acts as constant reassurance of the ability of the military, people and state institutions.


President El-Sisi confirmed that all state institutions have exerted significant efforts across all fields to advance the nation, despite the exceptional circumstances the world is facing.
