President El-Sisi Inaugurates NASPS

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi inaugurated the National Company for Advanced Industrial and Integrated Strategic Printing Solutions (NASPS) in the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly and a number of senior ministers and statesmen.

In NASPS, an industrial complex, various government documents will be issued through a unified central system at the national level. The system would ensure the issuance of state documents in accordance with the latest international security standards. Educational certificates, secured passports, all civil affairs documents, various notarized documents, government model contracts, and smart cards, among other documents, are issued in this complex.

The complex, the largest and most modern of its kind in the Middle East and Africa, is a gigantic technological edifice equipped with advanced technical capabilities.

NASPS also represents a great added value that supports the nation’s strategy for digital transformation and automation, particularly when it comes to documents and data of all government agencies.

During the inauguration, the President watched a documentary film entitled “New Horizons,” which showcased the various fields that the complex works on.

His Excellency also watched a documentary video about the remote court certification project.

During the inauguration, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi took the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan to extend his congratulations to the Egyptian masses.

His Excellency pointed out that this complex was established to contribute to a great leap forward in parallel with the idea of “smart government” that will be launched in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

The President made it clear that the documents issued by the NASPS will be trustworthy; it will be impossible to copy or falsify them. This will contribute to increasing confidence in transactions, reducing corruption, and governing procedures.

President El-Sisi asserted that the cost of the complex amounted to about one billion dollars due to the project’s high level of integration, which is rarely found in the world.

The President inspected the complex’s facilities and the various production lines to mark its inauguration.
