Introduction

The state has developed an integrated strategic vision for the construction of the Egyptian human being. Remaining the main focus of the comprehensive development process, the efforts of state institutions have joined forces to advance and develop the health and education sectors, achieve protection and community care for the poor, and build institutions that carry out the process of capacity development. This is in addition to developing policies aimed at building new generations who are aware, possess pioneering ideas, and harbor leadership qualities and abilities; thus, the Egyptian state ultimately sought to provide opportunities for young people to express themselves while encouraging their participation at various levels. Combating extremist ideology and misconceptions, promoting a sense of belonging, and achieving cultural justice within society are also key features of the Egyptian state’s mission to construct the Egyptian human being, supplemented by the implementation of projects that improve the ecosystem and achieve sustainable development.
