Investment in Human Capital

Due to the resources provided by the reform program and policies, focus is being placed on investing in human capital. These reforms underway included: repairing the subsidy system to ensure that it reaches those who deserve it the most, upscale the food subsidy system, work toward empowering and integrating women and youth in efforts aiming to promote development and provide care for all people with special abilities.

In addition, among the procedures were developing wages, pensions and social security systems in order to raise the living standards of citizens and boosting human development by fulfilling all constitutional rights relevant to providing more resources to develop the education, scientific research and health systems. Attaching great importance to achieving geographically balanced and comprehensive sustainable development is further included in the procedures.
