• It strengthens social protection systems to mitigate the impact of financial reforms on the lowest-income sectors.

• Economic and social empowerment and cultural change programs have been implemented, including (Forsa “Opportunity” Program, Haya Karima “Decent Life” Initiative, and Sakan Karim “Decent Housing” Program).
