Egypt Airlifts Medical Aid to Jordan

Under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Egypt sends a military transport plane loaded with medical aid to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to help the Jordanian people confront the spread of coronavirus. The shipment had been prepared in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Population. 

This aid reflects the deep-rooted historical and national ties binding Egypt and the Arab countries and Egypt’s full solidarity with these countries in times of adversity and crisis.
