President El-Sisi Lays Wreaths on Tombs of the Unknown Soldier, Late Presidents Sadat, Abdel Nasser

The Spokesman of the Presidency stated that marking Egypt and the Armed Forces’ celebrations of the 49th anniversary of the glorious October victories, President El-Sisi laid a wreath on the memorial of the martyrs of the Armed Forces in Nasr City, today. The President was accompanied by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, General Mohamed Zaki, and Chief-of-Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant-General Osama Askar. The President also laid a wreath on the tomb of late President Mohamed Anwar Sadat. President El-Sisi greeted members of late President Sadat’s family, a number of armed forces’ senior commanders and senior statesmen.

Then, the President headed to the tomb of late leader Gamal Abdel Nasser, where he laid a wreath.
