Construction of Kafr Shukr Overpass on Benha/Al-Mansoura Road

The overpass consists of two traffic lanes: one leading to Al-Mansoura with a length of 910 m and the second leading to Benha extending over 730 m and a width of 18 m with a total cost amounting to 225 million Egyptian pounds. Two streets of 7 m width in each direction would serve the entry and exit to/from Kafr Shukr and a U-turn underneath the overpass. The project aims to facilitate traffic, improve the road efficiency and increase the absorptive capacity.
