President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi inaugurated Suez Canal development projects via video conference.

It serves 724 thousand students. The administration building, research centers, and the Faculty of Petroleum and Mining Engineering, which includes (oil refining, mining, metallurgy, and mineral sciences) specializations, were developed in line with the upcoming investments in the Suez Canal axis and training the students in the field of petrochemicals.
