Bridge over New Assiut Barrages

Assiut Barrages project includes the construction of a bridge over the new Assiut Barrages. It consists of 4 lanes with a width of 20 meters, and can take up to 70 tons. It also includes 2 lanes for pedestrians. It aims to connect the east and west of the Nile River.
The bridge is designed to operate 24 hours and is provided with clearance that allows the passage of navigational units passing through the bottom of the navigation locks without any interruption.
