The project comes within the framework of an integrated strategy set by the Ministry of Trade and Industry to promote the industrial development and create an environment that attracts the industrial investment. This is through the establishment of industrial zones throughout the republic equipped with factories of different sizes suitable for various small industrial activities. They also aim to accelerate the start of the activity through the delivery of ready-equipped factories with their facilities and license. The zone will be built on an area of 181.5 thousand square meters and the authority is committed to provide all means to facilitate the licensing procedures and ready-made factory units with their buildings and facilities. Moreover, some of the goals are providing the possibility of financing in Egypt through agreements with some banks and making the maximum use of the initiative of the Central Bank of Egypt regarding the support of small and medium industries.

- Providing flexible and immediate solutions according to already-prepared facilities models that are suitable for different potential areas of the projects.
- Services provided in the industrial zone include the mosque, workshops, restaurants and a medical clinic.
- A fire network to secure buildings with an external fire hose for each unit.
- Green areas and public parking lots for both private cars and trucks.
- External security monitoring of the complex by providing surveillance cameras.
- Parking lots, green spaces and an administrative building.
