Bashayer Al-Khair 2 Project

- President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi toured the site of the housing project «Bashayer Al-Khair 2» in the Gheit El-Enab district in Alexandria, where he inspected the housing units and the facilities.
- The cultural project «Bashayer Al-Khair 2» consists of 37 buildings with a total of 1869 housing units fully supplied with facilities, furniture, and all preparations, providing a decent life for about 10 thousand citizens. There are also 4 elevators for each residential block and a commercial area of 17 thousand square meters, consisting of 338 shops; the average area of the shop is approximately 32 meters in the ground floor. The commercial area also includes 13 shopping malls on area of 915 square meters for each mall in the first upper floor and asphalt roads with a length of 250 meters in addition to 15 thousand square meters’ pavements and green areas.
