The Presidency Mourns Tragic Loss of Minister of State for Military Production

The Presidency of the Arab Republic of Egypt mourns the tragic loss of the Minister of State for Military Production Lieutenant General Mohamed Saeed El-Assar, who passed away this evening, with great sorrow. Upon his death, Egypt has lost one of its exemplary military symbols, a fighter who dedicated his life to serving his country. He was a man of wisdom who shouldered his responsibilities in a difficult period, during which our country was strewn with obstacles.

On behalf of himself and the Egyptian people and government, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi extended his heartfelt condolences and most sincere sympathies to the Lieutenant General’s family, praying that Allah bless his soul. May he rest in peace and rise in glory!
