Within the framework of “Differently Capable” ceremony for people with disabilities, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi pays a tour of inspection of the medical convoy exhibition for checking on people with disabilities and checks the convoys’ activities in this regard. His Excellency also inspected female heads of children of disabilities.

"In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful,
My daughters and sons,
Ladies and Gentlemen,
First of all, I would like to express my deep appreciation for all the sincere efforts that are being made in the service of this country, especially those related to the care and empowerment of our daughters and our sons with special abilities … those who are full of determination and persistence.
My daughters and sons,
I speak to you today on this occasion that has become an extended tradition that is held on a regular basis. Our celebration of you and with you today, under the slogan "Differently Capable", becomes one of the forums that we are keen on having as an opportunity for us all to meet every year so as to derive from you determination, persistence, challenge and giving. I feel that this celebration is nothing more than a tribute and dedication to serve this country and a sincere expression of our firm belief in your capabilities whose contributions to shaping the present of this country and building its future increase day after day.
Honestly, I am well aware that the society that appreciates those with special abilities and harnesses all possible support and care for them is likely to achieve the highest rates of development, progress and comprehensive renaissance in all fields. This kind of society would raise the value of its children, appreciate their accomplishments and deem their empowerment and integration in various areas of life a noble and lofty goal.
Distinguished Guests,
It is a matter of pride that we see our sons and daughters with special abilities make many unprecedented achievements in various fields, thus demonstrating their ability to take on and overcome challenges. Moreover, the state pays special attention to its sons and daughters with special abilities, believing in their abilities and potentials. Hence, we work on raising their competencies and developing their skills by providing them with training and qualification services, in addition to discovering their talents, providing them with care and supporting them, stressing the importance of effective community participation.
I also would like to take this opportunity to stress the state’s actions in this regard. I call on the government to consolidate and strengthen these implementation measures in the framework of empowering our daughters and sons with special abilities, enhancing their societal participation and ensuring their rights and excellence in various fields. On the level of the education sector, the state seeks to further raise awareness and enhancing the capabilities and potentials of schools and teachers regarding methods of dealing with people with special needs. On the level of artistic and cultural production sectors, many programs and dramatic and cultural works that reflect the capabilities, achievements and contributions of people with special needs should be produced. On the level of the youth and sports sector, there is a need to provide qualified and specialized trainers in all youth and sports facilities in all governorates. They should be fully aware of the mechanisms of dealing with people with special needs. It is also important to immediately communicate with private sector institutions to launch programs and projects aiming to sponsor the talented and creative peoples with disabilities in various fields, especially in sports.
In the field of employment and training, training programs for people with special needs must be established to produce successive batches with capabilities, potentials and skills that qualify them to join and obtain real job opportunities in all sectors of the state.
As for spreading awareness about the rights of people with special needs, I call on all state institutions, civil society and the private sector to work on combating the phenomenon of bullying, whether by drafting legislation that criminalizes this phenomenon, by raising the issue in the media through various media outlets and dramas or addressing the problem through the executive procedures of the various state institutions.
My daughters and sons with special abilities, those who are full of determination and persistence,
Meeting your needs, realizing your aspirations and hopes and putting them at the forefront of the national action agenda represent the basic pillar and one of the most important elements of state building in various societies, especially in this country that is full of youth with special needs who fly their country’s flag in various forums, events and championships.

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi expressed his pleasure at being among his sons and daughters with disabilities. In this regard, his Excellency said “I was very happy to be with my sons and daughters with disabilities during “Differently Capable” ceremony for they have achieved outstanding and unprecedented outcomes in various fields.”
